Ethanol As Thinners Water Based Epoxy Curing Agent With Extremely Stable Gloss For Epoxy Primers
Product Introduction
It is a water-soluble modified polyamine adduct. It can be self-dried when combined with water- based epoxy resin or baked dry. It is especially recommended for the preparation of self-drying water-based epoxy coatings.
It is recommended to use PM, BCS, or compound deionized water for dilution. When compounding with deionized water for dilution, it is recommended to use solvent to disperse and stir the curing agent first, and then add deionized water to disperse and stir.
It can be diluted normally with ethanol. In addition, WL-AC048 is a water-containing epoxy curing agent and cannot be used as the main body to prepare zinc-rich system.

Ethanol as thinners:
Formulated for use with ethanol-based thinners (<5% VOC by weight, per EPA Method 24), enabling solvent-free modification of epoxy systems while maintaining >90% curing efficiency at 25°C.
Extreme climate-resistant waterborne epoxy curing agents
Specialized formulations featuring -40°C freeze-thaw stability (ASTM D1190) and UV resistance (QUV 3000h with <5% gloss loss, ISO 4892-3), ideal for Arctic/marine environments.
High-gloss, fast-drying waterborne epoxy curing agents
Advanced polyaspartic chemistry achieving:
Gloss retention: >95 GU at 60° (ASTM D523)
Dry time: Tack-free within 15 min @ 25°C (ISO 9117 Type II)
All systems utilize optimized amino-resin crosslinking technology to achieve 30% faster curing than conventional bisphenol-A based systems while maintaining >85% cohesive strength retention after 500 thermal cycles (150°C↔20°C).
Epoxy curing agent that can use ethanol as a diluent, water-based epoxy curing agent applicable to extreme climates, high-gloss quick-drying water-based epoxy curing agent.
