Our zinc-rich epoxy coating system combines two advanced components:

‌WL-AD224 epoxy emulsion‌: Features superior self-emulsification, extended pot life, and exceptional resistance to water/salt spray (3,000+ hours)
‌WL-AC043 curing agent: Delivers instant self-emulsification and anti-sagging properties for uniform film formation

This dual-component system achieves ‌3,000+ hours salt spray resistance‌ when formulated with zinc powder (zinc-rich version). Even the zinc-free variant maintains outstanding corrosion protection for general industrial applications.
