Product Description

The "wet-on-wet" coating process involves applying a subsequent coat directly over the preceding layer before it has fully dried. This method is implemented to enhance production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and strengthen inter-coat adhesion. Successful implementation requires coating compatibility, optimal application intervals, and controlled environmental conditions.

The two-component (2K) epoxy system combining WL-AD203 with curing agent WL-AC046 meets all wet-on-wet process requirements. This formulation exhibits:
