Product Description

WL-AD393 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion with long pot life. It is designed for waterborne 2K PU coatings when combined with aqueous polyisocyanate hardeners. Apart from providing high gloss and superior hardness, this material also demonstrates outstanding recoatability. WL-AD393 Water-Based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion is used in manufacture of topcoat and varnish for diverse substrates like metal, wood, plastic, hardware.

It is also recommended for use in industrial coating production processes that require the curtain coating process to complete the application.

Avoid mechanical shear, vigorous shaking or stirring to prevent particle aggregation or emulsion breakdown. Keep away from open flames, sparks, and heat sources. Regularly inspect the emulsion for any signs of odor, discoloration, or flocculation.
