Technological process: 1.①+②+③+④+ ⑤+⑥, add the above materials and stir at the same time, at a constant speed, finally add ⑦. stirring time: about 30 minutes/300 rpm. 2.*: DOW CORNING DOWSIL™ 51 Additive diluted with Ethanol =l:1 3. 4#cup:11 seconds ± 2 PH value:8.30 ± 0.5 4. Special notes: Please do not directly add ethanol, When the mixer is stirring at a slow speed, slowly add ethanol, the effeet is better (Because direetly adding ethanol will cause demulsification and slag). 5. Final inks:-(Ajusting it accoring to needs) varnish 75%+pigment paste 25%=100 Note: The pigment paste is mixed slowly and finially,the effeet is the most friendly. |
